At CupidsEro, we craft and ship natural, spiritual products with deep energetic intention. As such, all sales are final. Once an order is placed and fulfilled, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.

Our products are intentionally crafted for personal spiritual use. Once energy has been exchanged—whether through physical receipt or metaphysical intention—the product’s journey with you has begun. It cannot be returned or reversed. We believe in the sacredness of this process, and therefore all purchases are considered permanent, final, and destined.
✦ Damage During Shipping
We take great care to package all items securely and discreetly, minimizing any risk during transit. However, in the rare case of carrier mishandling or product damage during shipping:
- You must contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged package and product is required.
- If approved, we will send a replacement of the exact item originally ordered. No substitutions will be made.
Please note: We do not issue refunds, even in the case of carrier-related damages.
